Each military pharmacy’s prescription refill line may be unavailable for about two hours. If you call the prescription refill line at this time, you will hear a busy signal. Please wait and call back to complete your refill later.  
You may still use the MHS GENESIS Patient Portal to refill your prescriptions.  
You may report issues to the DHA Global Service Center by calling 800-600-9332.

Children's Health at the 28th Medical Group – Ellsworth AFB consists of Pediatrics. 

Pediatrics

We provide services for newborn to 18 years of age, to include:

  • Newborn screenings
  • Wellness exams
  • Acute care

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time. Bring with you the following information to your child's appointment:

  • Medication listing and dosage,
  • Any required paperwork to be completed by your provider such as school or physical forms
  • Any results or paperwork needed by a civilian provider
