Immunizations

We provide vaccinations and allergy shots to all TRICARE beneficiaries.

• The Immunizations Clinic is an appointment-based clinic. To schedule an appt, please call 605-385-6700, option 1.
• Baseline Tuberculosis (PPD) skin tests can only be performed on Monday – Wednesday between 8-11:30 a.m..  If the tuberculosis testing is not a military requirement, please bring paper documentation requesting test completion.
• For beneficiaries using TRICARE Select or TRICARE For Life:
  • We offer all vaccines except for the annual influenza vaccine on a space available appointment basis.
  • All vaccinations require paper scripts from your primary care provider – electronic/faxed scripts are not accepted in the facility.
  • To schedule an appointment, please call the 605-385-6700, option 1.  Please use https://militaryrx.express-scripts.com/vaccine/resource-center to find the nearest retail pharmacy if not available at the MTF.
