How it Works
Just walk in to the Women’s Health Clinic. Check in for the contraceptive clinic at the kiosk located in the Family Health waiting room. A member of our team will call you back, provide a screening, and send you to the lab. All patients will be required to take a urine pregnancy test prior to seeing the healthcare provider. For patients requesting an IUD insertion, the healthcare providers recommend taking an over-the-counter NSAID such as Ibuprofen for pain relief before coming to the clinic. This clinic is on a first come, first served basis. Wait times will vary. If you have any questions, please call 605-385-6700 and leave a message for the Women’s Health nursing team.
