How it Works
Just walk in to the Women’s Health Clinic. Check in for the contraceptive clinic at the kiosk located in the Family Health waiting room. A member of our team will call you back, provide a screening, and send you to the lab. All patients will be required to take a urine pregnancy test prior to seeing the health care provider. For patients requesting an IUD insertion, the health care providers recommend taking an over the counter NSAID such as Ibuprofen for pain relief before coming to the clinic. This clinic is on a first come, first served basis. Wait times will vary. If you have any questions, please call 605-385-6700 and leave a message for the Women’s Health nursing team.
