The program uses scientific, evidence-based practices to assist in meeting your needs to a new, healthier you. It is a reoccurring, 12 week program – one hour per week.

Our 12 week class offered by our own licensed dietician, physical therapist, Mental Health provider, registered nurses, and support of like-minded people will help you focus on nutrition, fitness, and creating healthy habits. Nourishing our bodies to live the healthiest life.
Learn what to eat, drink, and how to build a a balanced plate to give you the energy you need for your busy life. Receive information on supplements and what works best for you.
Learn what exercise can do for you. Being active will help combat against common health conditions and disease, promoting better sleep patterns, more energy, and decreasing stress and anxiety levels to positively influence your mood. Stretching, flexibility, and yoga will promotes good posture, reduce injuries, and improve blood circulation.
